My approach

 

In order to ensure you receive optimal and individual support along the way, the process is split into three packages

A first meeting (free-of-charge and non-binding)

During a 20-minute phone call/video call, we get to know each other (briefly) and discuss your current situation and wishes, the most important milestones in your resume, where you want to go and what’s bothering you most now. After getting a sense of what's going on, 
I'll make some suggestions on how to proceed and you'll choose what sounds best for you. 
If you don’t want to continue – that’s fine. I hope I could still help with a few tipps.

Package 1:
Orientation

 

Detailed analysis of your 
professional goals and wishes

Development of your individual options and career paths
●
Definition of a clear professional strategy and 
individual agreements

Package 2:
Options

 

Decision support of possible directions, industries, types of companies, etc.

Identification of potential 
concrete tasks
●
Ongoing support and advice during your active research phase

Package 3:
Application

 

Preparation and optimization of your application documents (CV incl. photo, letter of motivation)

Support with the formulation of mails
●
Interview and salary negotiation training

Everyone has their own history and issues, so I don't work according to a general scheme, but approach everyone individually. If you have a tight budget and a package does not work out, tell me at the beginning, then we will not go over your limit and find a way to meet your needs!
