My journey in education and career guidance started with my Human Resource Management studies, where I discovered my true passion. Being at the gateway between employers and employees, especially supporting the latter, captivated me. In various companies I was able to experience the entire employee cycle: from recruiting to empathetic offboarding. I was particularly interested in learning and development of employees. I stood by them during changes and new beginnings and supported them on their way to professional success.
However, I always felt something was missing: a heartfelt approach.
My enthusiasm for the development of young adults led me work hard for my certificate as specialist trainer, where soft skills were the main focus. Here I was able to gain valuable experience in the seminar room, which is important not only in my job, but in my entire life.
Holding informative lectures, especially at schools, on the topic of holistic job application training is especially fun, because passing on my knowledge and experience can help young people ease their way into professional life - how cool is that! Additionally, I love moderating events, leading workshops, and organizing panels. Connecting people with the help of my network comes naturally to me.
Working in education and career guidance is much more than just a job for me - it's a real passion. My goal is to accompany young adults with an open heart, to define their wishes and plans together, to develop their full potential and ideally to turn professional dreams into reality.
